Parents/guardians MUST park their car and walk their child into his/her classroom where they will be greeted by their teacher.
The attendance sheet must be signed at drop off and pick up. all the way to school entrance door
No parents/guardians are allowed in the school other than at drop off and pick up time.
Parents should exit school promptly and not linger or allow their children to play and run in the hallways during dismissal as this is a busy time for the school.
On the first day of camp, make sure that all the necessary information (including emergency contacts and health information) you gave us is correct and complete. Should another authorized person plan to pick up your child, please notify APEM or inform in writing your child's teacher the day before of the person's identity and date of birth, as we will ask to see a picture ID.
Without a written note from the family or without an ID, children will be kept on the camp premises until picked up by their parent(s). Parents will be responsible for paying late penalties in case of a late pick up.

Students must be picked up promptly. Students not picked-up within 10 minutes of dismissal will be charged $5 per 5 minutes. The charge will automatically appear on the card you used for summer camp payment.
