Before June 30th - A registration fee of $7.00 per discipline per child will be charged and is due at the time of registration. Registration fees are non-refundable.
After June 30th - A registration fee of $10.00 per discipline per child will be charged and is due at the time of registration. Registration fees are non-refundable.
I understand the dance season runs from September to June, concluding with Danskapades and that all fees are payable on the 1st or 15th of each month covering all lessons, within that month.
Tuition fees are charged for each class per month, based on 34 classes in the dance year and include GST. Multi- class discounts, if applicable, will be added at the time tuition is billed each month.
I understand that should my account fall behind 30 days or more, that my child will be unable to participate in class until such time that my account is brought current.
Acceptable forms of payment include VISA and MASTERCARD. Credit cards are stored in a secure system and will be managed by authorized staff only.
Postdated cheques and e-transfers are also acceptable forms of payment, but only with a valid credit card on file. There is a $35.00 charge for any returned or NSF cheques. (The studio cannot accept debit, combined Visa/debit, combined Mastercard/debit or American Express credit cards as forms of payment.)
If it is necessary to discontinue my child's lessons, I may do so before the end of any month.
Costume deposits are $15.00 per routine per month and are taken from September to February. Deposits are non-refundable once costumes are ordered (usually in November). Remaining balances on each costume will be charged when the costumes are ready - in the Spring. Costume balances must be paid before they are handed out.
Session classes are to be paid in full at time of registration. All fees include GST.
