Covid-19 Safety Guidlines
*Everyone 3 and older entering the gym area must wear a mask at all times.
*TumbleKids classes and higher are drop off only.
*Younger classes may have one adult in the facility for the duration of the class.
*Please sanitize hands and feet upon entering the facility.
*One person per cubby space.
* If any one in your house hold are showing symptoms or have come in direct contact with someone who has tested positive for Covid-19 please stay home!You may return once you have a negative test or have been symptom free for 48 hours.
Acknowledgement of Risk and Waiver of Liability
As a parent or legal guardian of the student/s listed above, I hereby consent to the aforementioned participating in gymnastics and related activities with Tumble Kids USA. I recognize that potentially severe injuries, including permanent paralysis or death, can occur in any activity involving height or motion, including dance, gymnastics and other related activities. I understand it is the express intent of Tumble Kids USA to provide for the safety and protection of my child and in consideration for allowing my child to use these facilities, I hereby forever release Tumble Kids USA, its officers, employees, teachers, and coaches from all liability for any and all damages suffered by my child while under the instruction, supervision, or control of Tumbe Kids USA or its employees. As parent or legal guardian of the aforementioned person, I hereby agree to individually provide for the possible future medical expenses which may be incurred by my child as a result of any injury sustained while participating in gymnastics classes at Tumble Kids USA. This acknowledgement of risk and waiver of liability, having been read through thoroughly and understood completely, is signed voluntarily as to its content and intent.
Registration Fee
There is a non-refundable $25 registration fee for the 2020-2021 season. Maximum fee per family is $40. The registration fee is good for the academic year (September '20-August '21) For Summer Classes and Camps the registration is discounted to $15 for any student who has not been enrolled in the academic year. Maximum per family $25.
REFUNDS
Refunds or Credits will not be given after the first day of a session. For Summer Classes and Camps Refunds or Credits will not be given after June 1st. Any special events or vacation camps are non-refundable.
Prorated Tuition
Price of tuition may vary based on the number of weeks remaining in the session you are registering for. If you register for a class after the start of a session your tuition will be adjusted so that you are only paying for the remaining classes.
What to Wear
All students must have bare feet. Girls are required to wear a leotard (NO SKIRTS PLEASE) with hair securely tied back. Tights without feet may be worn. Boys should wear gym shorts or sweatpants and a T-shirt. No jeans or jewelry.
Parent/Child Classes
We require one adult per child for all Tumble Bugs and Tumble Tots classes.
Photo Release
I give TumbleKids USA permission to use my and or my children's images on print and or video for marketing and promotion purposes only.
