Information
1. If your child is sick we are happy to schedule you a make-up class. Just call the front desk (792-4247) during office hours or leave us a message and we will call you back. Missed lessons may be made up by the end of the following PAID month.
2. If your child or a family member tests positive for COVID-19 and needs to be in quarantine for two weeks, please call the front desk and we will credit your account. (No refunds will be given.)
3. Holidays will be posted on the website (www.air-bound.com) at least 3 weeks in advance. There are no make-ups, prorates, or credit for holidays. (Some months will have 5 lesson days instead of 4. These will make up for any holidays.)
4. Check the website for important dates and updates. (www.air-bound.com)
5. Make sure we have your current email address so we can keep you informed through email. Please check your junk folder or update your email at the front desk if you are not receiving this communication.
6. If in Air-Bound Gymnastics' judgement your child is enrolled in a class that is not appropriate for his/her age or ability, Air-Bound Gymnastics reserves the right to move your child to the appropriate class.
7. For safety and insurance reasons, only enrolled students with a member of the Air-Bound Staff are allowed in the gym area. Parents, siblings and visitors must remain in the office area. Parents must supervise all children not attending class. (Parents with children who continually wander around the gym will be asked to leave)
8. Gym Attire: Girls- one piece leotards, unitards, lycra shorts. Boys - shorts and a t-shirt that is tucked in. NO baggy clothing, jewelry or denim shorts allowed
9. I agree/consent to Air-Bound Gymnastics the use of any photographs or videos for purpose of promotion/advertising without compensation.
Payment Policies
1. TUITION PAYMENTS are due before the 1st of each month. For your convenience Air-Bound Gymnastics has an Automatic Payment system. (see AUTOPAY below). You may still pay with cash or check as long as payment is received before the last day of the previous month. (Please be aware of the front desk hours for cash or check payments). A $25.00 fee is assessed for all returned checks and charge card denials. (Statements will be emailed to accounts by the 10th of every month)
2. A Non-Refundable Annual Registration and Insurance Fee of $25.00 per enrolled student is assessed every September regardless of attendance. Students enrolled after September will be charged a prorated annual fee.
3. Tuition charges are based on a 4 weeks per month average throughout the year. There are times during the year that students will receive 5 classes a month. Air-Bound Gymnastics does not charge more for these months. On occasion, due to holidays, students will receive 3 classes in a month. We do not credit for these months. Tuition is monthly based and will not be prorated, refunded, or credited for missed classes. (exception: serious illness or injury, with doctor's note)
4. A $25 fee will be charged for all returned checks.
5. When discontinuing enrollment, you must notify the front desk before the 1st of the month to avoid having your debit/credit card charged for that month's tuition. Charges will NOT be refunded if notification is not given to the front desk by the first of the month. COACHES CANNOT DISCONTINUE ENROLLMENT.
6. Prices are subject to change without notice.
7. I will be responsible for all attorneys' fees, court costs, filing fees, including charges or commissions that may be assessed to us by any collection agency retained to pursue collection of the balances owing, which may be as much as 50% of the principle balance owing. I further agree to pay interest at the rate of 1% per month (12% APR) pre and post judgment. Interest will be charged to any balance 30 days past due.

AutoPay
For your convenience all accounts must have a debit/credit card on file. Any accounts past due after the 1st of the month will be automatically charged to the card on file. You may still pay with cash or check as long as payment is received before the last day of the previous month. Automatic charges to unpaid balances will occur on the 1st of each month. Your signature authorizes Air-Bound Gymnastics to make charges as described. A $25 fee is assessed for all charge card denials.

Medical Emergencies and Release of Liability
If I cannot be reached in the event of an accident or emergency, while the above is under the care and supervision of Air-Bound Gymnastics, Inc., I hereby authorize and give permission to their staff/assigns to undertake and employ emergency first aid, emergency transportation, obtain emergency medical treatment, and act in my stead to follow such procedures as necessary to admit and treat any emergency condition at any hospital, if it is deemed necessary. I attest that I have current and valid medical insurance and will be financially responsible for any and all emergency medical expenses. Air-Bound Gymnastics, Inc., has my full permission to act as a temporary guardian in an emergency situation. By signing this, I agree to hold harmless Air-Bound Gymnastic, Inc., and any hospital from any liability for commencing emergency medical treatment with any more consent than hereby given. For and in consideration of my/our voluntary participation in the gymnastics or related programs of Air-Bound Gymnastics, Inc., recognizing and attesting that all due legal warnings have been given, including the possibility of temporary or permanent injury, broken bones, catastrophic injury, death, paralysis, or neck or back injury, ligament or tendon damage, having determined that appropriate precautions are and will be taken in connection therewith, recognizing and personally attesting that gymnastics and relate activities should be and are legally defined as inherently dangerous sport and activities, I/we hereby assume all risks, waive and forever release any all right and claims for personal injuries, mental and emotional suffering, property damages, punitive damages and loss of services which I/we may have, now or in the future against Air-Bound Gymnastics, Inc., its officers, assigns, agents, employees, landlords, and successors. This waiver shall be binding on my/our family, heirs, executors, administrators and assigns.
I/we have read, understand and agree to the above policies of Air-Bound Gymnastics, Inc.

Assumption of Risk
I/we certify that the participant has had a recent physical exam (within the last year), is physically able to participate and present themselves, physical and emotional, fully ready to participate in all ways and with a full understanding of the rules, regulations, and polices of Air-Bound Gymnastics, Inc.

COVID-19 Rules
As of July 1, we are adopting the following rules during COVID-19:
For Classes & The Gym
• For now, each class/ group will have a max of 7 kids. (all will be following social distancing rules)
• Classes will have a specific procedure to bring kids in and out.
• Hand sanitizing upon entering the building and sanitize between events (every child will be required to put on hand sanitizer)
• The time in between classes, coaches will be disinfecting mats, bathrooms, doorknobs, cubbies, etc.
• Areas have been clearly marked on every event for each child around the gym to maintain the 6 ft rule the entire practice. Coaches have
been instructed on how to manage these distances for everyone's safety.
For Parents/Children
• The coaches will signal their students outside when it is time to come in for their class. We will dismiss them outside when class is
finished.
• Coaches will be spotting your children. They will frequently be putting on hand sanitizer. (If you don't want your child spotted, please let
the office and coach know)
• Coaches will be wearing masks when within 6 feet of children.
• Waiting area is now open - but please limit it to 1 person per family (whenever weather is good enough, we will open garage doors so
you can view from your car or standing in the parking lot)
• Children may wear masks if wanted
• If any coach or student is sick or anyone in their household is sick, they will not be permitted in the gym (no exceptions)
• Parents should have kids go to the bathroom before coming to the gym (bathrooms will be open if needed)
• Each student will bring a water bottle and place them in assigned locations (drinking fountains will be closed)
• No break or eating of any kind (water bottle only)
• Wash hands before coming to gym
• Temperatures of each gymnast will be taken at the beginning of class (100.4 or higher will be sent home)
• If team gymnasts would like to carry their own backpack with supplies in them from event to event, they may provide their own.
• Any parent or spectator that watches in the waiting room must wear a mask
For Coaches
• Coaches will be wearing masks when within 6 feet of children.
• Coaches will be spotting children. They will frequently be putting on hand sanitizer. (If a parent doesn't want their child spotted, they will
let the coach and office know)
• If any coach or student is sick or anyone in their household is sick, they will not be permitted in the gym (no exceptions)
• Wash hands before coming to gym
• Hand sanitizing upon entering the building and sanitize between events (every child will be required to put on hand sanitizer)
• The time in between classes coaches will be disinfecting mats, bathrooms, doorknobs, cubbies, etc.
• Team coaches plan enough time in between rotations to sanitize everything you use in your rotation before rotating. Stations are set up
around the gym at every event for your convenience.
• All employees will take their temperature at the beginning of each shift.
• All coaches will take the temperatures of each gymnast at the beginning of class (100.4 or higher will be sent home)
• Please talk to your students about not touching their faces - if they accidentally do so hand sanitizer will need to be reapplied.
For Cheer Team
•If your child is on the cheer team Air-Bound will be stunting while wearing masks. Air-Bound will provide one mask per cheerleader.
•Rec cheer classes will not be stunting at this time.
COVID-19 UPDATES:
With the mask mandate being lifted for the State of Utah on April 10th, Air-Bound Gymnastics will be making a few changes. Here are the changes you will see:
1. Class sizes will return to normal (max 8 kids). Little Bounders will still only have 5 kids and Lil Ninjas and Prep One will only have 6 kids. (Effective April 1)
2. You no longer need to have your kids wait in the car. (Effective April 1)
3. We will continue to take temperatures and sanitize through May. Please continue to keep your kids home if they are sick.
4. Masks will be recommended in the waiting area but not required through May.
5. Coaches will still wear masks through the month of May.
