FREE TRIAL/Registration
Oklahoma City Gymnastics offers a FREE TRIAL for each new client wanting to enroll. If you decide you want to go ahead and sign up without doing the FREE TRIAL and your athlete decides they do not like doing gymnastics, it will not be our responsibility and there will also be NO REFUNDS given. NO EXCEPTIONS.
Each family is required to pay an annual registration fee of $40 for the first child registered and $30 for each additional child registered. This is paid at the moment of registration and due at the beginning of each new 12 month period you are enrolled in the facility. If you drop from a class at any time during the year you will be required to pay the registration fee should you decided to re-enroll. This fee is NON-REFUNDABLE.
Pro-rate/Discounts/Class Size/Makeups Policy
If a customer chooses to join a class after the official start date, tuition will be pro-rated. The Price for each program can be broken down to a rate per class. The rate of each class that is missed will be discounted from the total amount for the required payment.
Families with more than one child enrolled in our recreational programs will receive a 10% discount for each child registered after the first child registered.
Class size varies from 3 to 10 students per instructor. If less than 3 students are registered for any given class, Oklahoma City Gymnastics reserves the right to cancel, combine, and/or reschedule students into another class.
In the event of your athlete missing a class, you will be able to bring the athlete to a make-up class by signing up at the front desk or by phone/email. Make-ups must be done within the same session as the missed class. Students are allowed 3 make-up classes per session. In the case of inclement weather, Oklahoma City Gymnastics
Payments/Refunds
You are allowed to give in payments throughout the session as long as your balance is paid by the 5th Week of the session. If your account is not paid to date by the 5TH Week your child WILL NOT be allowed to attend class until it is.
We do not pro-rate, transfer or refund for missed days. Refunds will be considered in the event of serious illness or injury with proper documentation and is at the sole discretion of Oklahoma City Gymnastics. A 5% processing fee will be applied to all refunds granted. If you are relocating and are requesting refund, proof of residency will be required before refunds are considered. *In the event that you decide to pay tuition for more than one session up front, the same refund policy applies as listed above.*
Entrance/Exit Procedure
Students should arrive prepared for class 5-10 minutes prior to the start time. Parents are responsible for their children in the lobby/viewing area until an instructor invites students into the gym and takes charge of the class. When students enter the gym, they will place belongings in a cubby/locker and report to a specific warm-up area. Students should be picked up promptly after class. Students must wait in the lobby, not outside of the facility or in the gym area. It is the responsibility of the parent to inform Oklahoma City Gymnastics of any alternative pick-up arrangement. Parents/guardians are required to remain in the parent viewing area at all times while in the facility, parents are not allowed at any moment. Parents/guardians must seek staff members if they need the attention of their child during class time.
Right of Removal, Waiver & Release
Oklahoma City Gymnastics reserves the right to suspend or remove an athlete from participating in any of the programs offered if the athlete or the athlete's parent, guardian or supervisor engages in behavior deemed inappropriate in the sole discretion of Oklahoma City Gymnastics. In the event of such a suspension or removal, no refunds will be given. Examples of conduct which might warrant such suspension or removal include, but are not limited to, conduct that violates or is inconsistent with any of the rules or policies of the gym or the particular program in which the athlete is participating; conduct that in any way disrupts the operation of the gym or any of its programs; conduct which is disrespectful, offensive, or threatening of the coaches, employees, agents, representatives, or other patrons of the gym, conduct which is considered unsafe or puts the safety of the athlete or others at risk. An opportunity to correct the behavior may be offered but is not required and all decisions regarding suspension, removal or opportunity to correct the offending behavior are left to the sole discretion of Oklahoma City Gymnastics.
I am fully aware of the risks, including catastrophic injury, paralysis, and even death, as well as other damages and losses associated with the participation in the sport of gymnastics, including Artistic Gymnastics, Tumbling, Trampoline, Cheerleading, Acrobatic Gymnastics and other gymnastics related disciplines offered now or in the future at OKC Gymnastics (collectively "Gymnastics"). I understand that no amount of instruction, spotting, or mats can guarantee safety in training in the sport of gymnastics.
I have read and fully understand the above warning outlining the risks associated with Gymnastics and give permission for the above-names student ("my child") to participate in the selected Gymnastics program at OKC Gymnastics. I am aware of no mental or physical limitations that would prevent my child's safe participation in the selected Gymnastics program. By granting this permission, I assume the risk and responsibility for any resultant injuries, damages, or loss to my child. I forever release and hold harmless OKC Gymnastics and its owners, directors, officers, employees, coaches, volunteers, agents and representatives (collectively the "Released Parties") from any claims, losses, or damages arising from or in any way connected with my child's participation in any program at OKC Gymnastics, including claims, losses or damages arising from or occurring as a result of the negligence of any one of the Released Parties.
I hereby give my consent to OKC Gymnastics to act for me according to their best judgment in any emergency requiring medical attention and further give my permission for OKCG Gymnastics to provide customary medical/athletic training attention, transportation, and emergency medical services as warranted in the course of my child's participation in the selected Gymnastics program at OKCG.
