As the legal parent or guardian, I release and hold harmless Ideal Cheer Elite, its owners and operators from any and all liability, claims, demands, and causes of action whatsoever, arising out of or related to any loss, damage, or injury, including death, that may be sustained by the participant and/or the undersigned, while in or upon the premises or any premises under the control and supervision of Ideal Cheer Elite, its owners and operators or in route to or from any of said premises.
I hereby authorize Ideal Cheer Elite to automatically bill my credit or debit card for my athlete's monthly tuition and for any and all fees associated with his or her class or squad unless prepaid. All requested financial information is required. Each month, your credit or debit card will be billed for the amount indicated and your charges will appear in your online billing system (JackRabbit) account and on a monthly billing statement. Any athlete/parent who wishes to change or cease payments entirely from the automatic payment system must notify Ideal Cheer Elite in writing no less than two weeks prior to the next automatic debit date. In addition, it is the responsibility of the parent or guardian to drop the athlete from all classes and teams to stop payments.
All returned payments, declined credit cards, and or expired cards will result the cardholder paying within one week, in cash or cashier's check, the amount past due plus any tuition and fees due in the following thirty days. In the case of a returned payment, declined credit card, or expired card, Ideal Cheer Elite will notify the cardholder in writing through the email on file in JackRabbit. If payment is not received within one week from notification of past due account, I understand that Ideal Cheer Elite will remove my athlete from any and all classes, effective immediately, and I will be responsible for any fees past due.
REFUND POLICY AND DISCLAIMER If Ideal Cheer Elite is not the right fit for your athlete or family, or if you are removed from the program regardless of reason, no refunds will be provided for any products or services after they have been purchased. Any items paid for and not received prior to athlete leaving or being removed from the program will be available for pick up at our corporate office as soon as the items arrive. If Ideal Cheer Elite removes my athlete from the program at any time for any reason, I understand that it is the responsibility of Ideal Cheer Elite to drop the class and or team on JackRabbit and once notified in writing, my account will no longer be billed except for items past due.
