During the first 3 weeks of classes, changes may be made to the students schedule, courses (addition or subtraction of courses) without any financial penalty. After this time, courses may not be adjusted and notice with 30 day cancellation will apply. DSBCD would like to reiterate that this agreement is for the full school year. However, if circumstances dictate the termination of this agreement, written notice needs to be given 30 days in advance.
THERE WILL BE NO REFUNDS ISSUED FOR TERMINATION OF THIS AGREEMENT After January 1ST
All of DSBCD programs are taught by qualified dance professionals.
DSBCD reserves the right to restrict, limit, eliminate or change any classes or instructors, as it deems necessary.
DSBCD dancers must adhere to dress code, be on time for class(es) and have a good work ethic. They must be respectful to teachers, parents and fellow dancers and their studio home. Students that do not abide by studio etiquette will be removed from class(es).
Classes cancelled due to circumstances outside of DSBCD control (weather, acts of God etc.) will not be made up however, alternate classes may be made available upon request.
Students and parents that register at DSBCD understand and agree that DSBCD is in no way responsible for the safekeeping of any personal belongings while attending class. IN addition, classes may be physically strenuous and parents and students voluntarily participate in them with full knowledge that there is risk of personal injury, property loss. Neither students, families, assigns or legal representatives will sue or make any other claims of any kind whatsoever against or its members for any personal injury, property damage/loss, whether caused by negligence or otherwise. DSBCD reserves the right to use photographs or video, taken either in class or in the DSBCD facility, or in any performances of DSBD students and/or their art, for the purposes of instruction, advertising and promoting DSBCD and its programs.
