Energy Gymnastics offers classes and programs throughout the school year. An annual registration fee of $35 per child, $75 max per family, is charged at the time of enrollment and renewed annually during registration. This fee is non-refundable and non- transferable. When you enroll your child, the annual registration fee and current month's tuition are due immediately. Tuition is charged on the first of each month to the card or bank account on file and reserves the child's spot in the class or program. There is no additional charge for months that have more than the normal number of class days. There is also no deduction for months that have less than normal class days, or holiday closings.You may enroll in our program at any time in any class, space permitting. To formally withdraw and cancel your child's enrollment before the end of the program session, you must notify the FRONT OFFICE IN WRITING OR BY EMAIL BY THE 20TH OF THE MONTH to drop your child at the end of that month. Drops only occur at the end of the month. We do not offer any tuition refunds. Any unpaid balances will be due upon submission and/or receipt of your cancellation notice at the front desk.
Changing class day, time, or program is permitted at any time during your enrollment as long as there is room in the desired class. Tuition increases could apply. No refunds or credits will be given when transferring an enrollment. Your tuition will simply be transferred to the new class or program.
Medical reason Unenroll: For medical conditions validated by a medical practitioner's written statement, a prorated credit will be issued based upon the date the statement was received. Refunds will be processed within 14 days.
Effective August 20, 2018, Energy Gymnastics will be streamlining our payment processing system through Jackrabbit Class. All new and old accounts will be required to enter a debit or credit card for auto-draft for monthly tuition. Current families will need to login to the parent portal or call the front desk to enter a Credit Card or bank draft upon enrollment. Energy Gymnastics accepts all credit cards as well as checks and cash. Any students that are enrolling for the upcoming session will need to provide the debit/credit card on file, at the time of enrollment for the 2018 year. Tuition will be posted on the 1st of every month and payments will process from the debit or credit card you have on file on the 1st, as well. If the 1st falls on a Saturday or Sunday, the payment will process on the following Monday. Any draft payment that is declined is subject to a $25 service fee from Energy Gymnastics. If the declined draft results in your tuition not being paid by the 7th of the month, your account will be subject to a late fee. Two declined drafts on your account will result in loss of enrollment.
Registration fees, Tuition, Birthday Party deposits, Competition fees and Summer Camp fees are non-refundable. If the Owners or Office Managers feel there are unique circumstances, they will discuss with you the best way to resolve the situation.
Making Up Classes:
We understand life gets in the way sometimes and will accommodate any make up class due to illness, emergency or loss in the family. If your child is going to be absent please email email@example.com to notify of absence and to plan a make up date. Team girls are not permitted to make up classes unless approved by the Head Coach, Tiffany Kyle.
In the event of inclement weather an email will be sent but please also check the website or Energy Gymnastics Facebook page to find out class and gym status. All classes missed due to weather will be made up through Friday Fun Gym. Tuition is non-refundable.
