Terms Of Enrollment
I understand the $35.00 (or $50.00 per family) registration fee for the fall session and $20.00 registration fee per child for the summer session. Tuition and registration is non-refundable. I understand flyers and information are given out after class. It is my responsibility to check the bulletin board and with the office for information on a regular basis if classes are missed. I understand that participating in any physical activity, there is risk of injury. I understand that Jump Dance Company assumes no risk, including but not limited to ones own negligence. I further state that the enrolled student has a physicians approval to participate in this type of activity. This statement constitutes as express assumption of risk on behalf of me/my child. I understand the rules and dress code and promise that I/my child will adhere to them. Any violation of the rules and/or behavior that is destructive or detrimental to property or other students may result in my child's dismissal. I understand that the studio photographs maybe placed in ads and other promotional materials or online at the studios website. I understand that tuition is based on a yearly rate, for convenience tuition is divided into equal monthly payments. The monthly tuition remains the same regardless of how many classes fall in a given month. Tuition is due on the first of the month before that month of classes. If you wish to drop a class you need to give the office a written notice by the 15th of the prior month or you will be billed for the next month. If you have not been in attendance for over 30 days you will forfeit your spot in class and have to register again and incur a new registration fee. Classes will follow the Manatee county school calendar, there are no dance classes when school is closed exceptions being school inservice/records days. Please see our studio calendar. Discount of 10% is given to fall classes paid in full for the year. Returned check fee-$35.00 Late fee (after the 10th) - $10.00
AutoPay/Payment Options
If you choose to put a credit card on file, you will be enrolling yourself for autopay. With autopay you are authorizing Jump Dance Company to charge your card on file for any balances you may have on your account. If you would like to NOT be put on autopay, please submit your registration form without your credit card information. We also except checks, credit cards and cash in the office. You may also choose to add a card to your account for one time payments only (please contact our office for details). Autopay can be added at any time through your parent portal or by contacting our office. If you are on autopay and would like to discontinue being on autopay, you must contact someone in our office to remove your card from your file.
