THE ASPIRE PROJECT POLICIES & GUIDELINES
REGISTRATION: Registration is not considered complete until payment is received. Registration with payment must be completed before classes begin. If paying tuition with credit card, registration may be completed on-line at theaspireproject.org . If paying by check or cash, registration may be completed manually on-site at the studio. Make checks payable to The Aspire Project. Returned checks will be charged a $20 fee.
FINANCIAL ASSISTANCE: To apply for reduced tuition, student's family must provide proof of your student's eligibility & participation in your school's free or reduced price lunch program. Reduced rates are available for pre-school students based on proof of need (Food Stamps, Oregon Health Plan, Head Start, etc.). If your student is home schooled or in a school that does not participate in the free lunch program, please include proof of income in the form of last year's income tax form and a recent pay stub. Reduced tuition rate will be determined accordingly.
DANCEWEAR LOAN PROGRAM: The Aspire Project loans dancewear to families who need assistance. A rental fee of $5 will be charged for each item of dancewear rented: leotard, tights, shoes, shorts. In order to for us to be able to provide this service, we need for students to help us to keep our inventory of dancewear in the best condition possible and return to The Aspire Project at the end of the term. See Dancewear Loan Program Agreement.
