There is a $50 registration fee for the first student and $25 per additional student for the 2017-2018 session. For Code 1 classes: First month's installment is also due. If Code 1 dancers register early, your first and last month installment and registration fee are not due until August 1st. If you register for Code 1 classes on or after August 1st then registration and first month's tuition is due immediately and will be pro-rated (if applicable) for the first installment. For Code Breakers, 7 and 17: the audition fee and registration fee is due by auditions August 4th. The 1st installment and commitment fee is due after auditions no later than the first day of class (August 14th).
If you wish to trial ONE class than nothing will be due at time of registration but you will need to submit a valid credit card to keep on file.
Tuition installment for each month will be due on the 25th of the previous month unless the 25th falls on a weekend or holiday. Example, payment on September 25th is for October.
Tuition will be run automatically on the 25th with the payment method on file unless arranged otherwise with us at firstname.lastname@example.org. Please reach out to us via email@example.com or by phone 281-942-6336 immediately if you wish to pay by check or cash so we will not run the account on file.
Other fees will be run with the payment method on file 3-5 business days after the due date if no payment is made in person at the time the fee is due. This is to help prevent double payment in the case the fee is paid in person. Payment plans are available (may or may not be approved) and must be coordinated with firstname.lastname@example.org
EITHER BANK DRAFT AND/OR CREDIT CARD IS REQUIRED ON FILE FOR PAYMENT. There is a 5% DISCOUNT on TUITION ONLY for BANK DRAFTS, CASH or CHECK. If your check, bank draft or credit card is rejected, payment will be processed again after notification to you that it was rejected with a 5% convenience fee and a $50.00 return fee. Cash and/or checks must be submitted to the office before the 25th of each month. All payments are non-refundable and non-transferable. Tuition is divided into 10 installments over one session. (this year August 14th 2017 through June 3rd 2017). Based on a minimum of 32 active weeks classes will be in session due to holidays, breaks, inclement weather, and other interruptions. Dancers last tuition installment will be due April 25th, 2018.(Code breakers, 7 and 17 commitment fee is applied towards your national's intensive fee for Code 17 and last regionals entry fee for Code 7 and Code breakers)
Tuition does not vary or pro-rate even in the event of absences, holidays, days in the month, etc. The Dance Vault follows the school calendar for closures with the exception of some Mondays. Payments made after the 25th of the month will incur a late fee of $15. A $50 fee will be applied to all returned checks. Students will be dropped from a class or recital costume withheld for accounts unpaid more than 15 days after due date.
DANCE COSTUME FEES & RECITAL FEES Recital costume fees of $70.00 3-4 Ballet/Tap/Jazz classes & $80.00 for all other dance classes will be automatically charged to your account on October 16, 2017. Costumes fees are non-refundable & non-transferable. Recital fee of $75.00 per student will be automatically charged to your account on November 15, 2017. Recital fees are non-refundable & non-transferable. Technique classes do not participate in recital.
You as the legal parent or guardian release and hold harmless The Dance Vault owners, staff, faculty and associates from any and all liability, claims, demands, and causes of action whatsoever, arising out of or related to any loss, damage, or injury that may be sustained by the participant and/or the undersigned during membership and/or association with The Dance Vault, including classes, master classes, special events, and transportation to/from such occasions. You also understand that The Dance Vault is not responsible for any theft, loss, or damage of personal items.
