A $50.00 non-refundable registration fees is due for all new families. Tuition is non-refundable. Dance IQ is an annual (12 months) August to August studio. All payments are equal even during holidays or school closures. As some months have 5 weeks, the months with less due to holidays even out. Therefore, there will be no deduction or proration in tuition or makeups offered for months with holidays/breaks. This is NOT a contract however, withdrawal must be done in advance with a written notice of 2 weeks prior to the end of the initial term. The client will be expected to pay all dues, fees and charges associated with the account.
Dance IQ enrollment is NOT a contract, however a 2 week notice of termination is required prior to the 1st of the billing month. If client fails to give the 2-week notice the student may take their month of classes which they paid for (no credit or refund). (DOES NOT APPLY FOR HOMESCHOOL FAMILIES)
Once the family leaves Dance IQ and if they decide to come back a registration fee of $50.00 is due again. The 1 time registration is only for continuing families.

Adult classes are offered with unlimited membership with a registration fee and automatic debit the 1st of every month. An adult single class or silver, gold & platinum packages are available as an option to a yearly tuition. No registration fee is needed for an Adult single class. A registration fee of $50 is required for class packages. Please purchase adult packages in the studio.

Classes are confirmed with completed registration form, paid registration fee and 1st tuition payment.
Method of Payment: Cash, Check, Debit, MasterCard or Visa.
Tuition is due on the 1st of each month and late after the 10th day of the month. An automatic debit transaction will occur for all families with a credit card or bank account on file the first of every month while the student is enrolled. A $15.00 late charge will be added to accounts not paid by the 10th of the month. Return Check fee $25.00. (DOES NOT APPLY FOR HOMESCHOOL FAMILIES)
If you begin classes in the middle of the month, your tuition for that month will be prorated.
Homeschool Families pay upfront at the beginning of the session (weeks , not days, may be prorated). No REFUNDS, CREDITS, TRANSFERS to afternoon classes or siblings are allowed.
