In consideration of the services TumbleKidswatertown and our Program, and agents, owners, officers, volunteers, participants, employees, and all other persons or entities acting in any capacity on her behalf (hereinafter collectively referred to as "TumbleKidswatertown ), I hereby agree to release, indemnify, and discharge Tumblekids Watertown , on behalf of myself, my spouse, my children, my parents, my heirs, assigns, associates, personal representative and estate as follows:
I acknowledge that my participation in circus arts, aerial arts, aerial silks, aerial hoop/lyra, aerial static trapeze, aerial cube, aerial Spanish web/corde lisse, acrobatic training, jumping, physical training, and instruction activities entails known and unanticipated risks that could result in physical or emotional injury, paralysis, death, or damage to myself, to property, or to third parties. I understand that such risks simply cannot be eliminated without jeopardizing the essential qualities of the activity.
The risks include, among other things: slips and falls; falling from equipment; rope burns; pinches, scrapes, twists and jolts that could result in scratches, bruises, sprains, lacerations, fractures, concussions, or even more severe life threatening hazards; strains, cuts, bruises, muscle soreness and fractures; musculoskeletal injuries including head, neck, and back; injuries to internal organs; the negligence of other people; my own physical condition; and the risk of emotional and psychological injuries or physical damage associated with this activity. In any event, if you, your spouse, your child, relatives, agents, representatives, or associates, is injured, any medical assistance will be at your own expense.
I expressly agree and promise to accept and assume all of the risks existing in this activity. My participation in this activity is purely voluntary, and I elect to participate in spite of the risks.
Withdrawal from program must be submitted to TumbleKidswatertown@gmail.com prior to the 15th of the month.
By checking the box below, I acknowledge that if anyone is hurt or property is damaged during my participation in this activity, I may be found by a court of law to have waived my right to maintain a lawsuit against Tumblekids Watertown on the basis of any claim from which I have released them herein. I have had sufficient opportunity to read this entire document. I have read and understood it, and I agree to be bound by its terms

Acknowledgement of Risk and Waiver of Liability
As a parent or legal guardian of the student/s listed above, I hereby consent to the aforementioned participating in gymnastics and related activities with TumbleKids Watertown. I recognize that potentially severe injuries, including permanent paralysis or death, can occur in any activity involving height or motion, including dance, gymnastics and other related activities. I understand it is the express intent of TumbleKids Watertown to provide for the safety and protection of my child and in consideration for allowing my child to use these facilities, I hereby forever release TumbleKids Watertown, its officers, employees, teachers, and coaches from all liability for any and all damages suffered by my child while under the instruction, supervision, or control of TumbeKids Watertown or its employees. As parent or legal guardian of the aforementioned person, I hereby agree to individually provide for the possible future medical expenses which may be incurred by my child as a result of any injury sustained while participating in gymnastics classes at TumbleKids Watertown. This acknowledgement of risk and waiver of liability, having been read through thoroughly and understood completely, is signed voluntarily as to its content and intent.
Registration Fee class and team students
Please note Drop off and pick up your child. All children must have a MASK. All adults should remain OUTSIDE or in THE CAR until after class as lobby area is CLOSED due to covid and we need to keep our numbers in the building at a safe capacity.
Staff will be outside to assist with the transition our lobby is closed due to covid and the MUST be in order to practice social distancing.
All children entering and exiting the facility must be with a coach, sanitize hands, put all their belongings in their back pack (everything must fit in bag)
There is a non-refundable $40 child and $50 Family ANNUAL .registration fee for the 2020-2021 season. Register during Early bird registration and we will waive this fee!
Team student registration fee $15.00 for the 2020-2021 season this fee will be charged when we process through Sept 2020 tuition.
Account credit from COVID-19 Pandemic will be applied to your next registration of class at Tumblekids.
Early Bird registration will run only August 10-15th only ! Register for Fall 2020 ASAP to waive the annual registration fee! Online Early Bird registration for Sept classes will be available 8/10/20!
The registration fee is good for the academic school year (September -June)
For Summer Classes and Camps the registration is discounted to $20 for any student who has not been enrolled in the academic year.
REFUNDS/Withdrawal policy/Emergency shut down tuition policy
Refunds or Credits will not be given once enrolled in class or team proper withdrawal procedure must be adhered to.
Summer program refund deadline is July 5th! The COVID-19 closing of Tumblekids Watertown and similar businesses in MA was a massive shock that dimmed the future for many of those businesses. Tumblekids Watertown is thankfully still here but will not be able to absorb many more hits.
We cannot close our doors with zero revenue coming in and still survive.
Therefore, the following Pandemic Procedure for Team , Class and Camp Tuition Policy will be in effect as we move forward effective 6/9/20! Should Tumblekids be forced to close either by a government entity or by a reasonable decision by the owner made to protect the safety and well being of our students, their families and our staff, the following policy will be enforced:
1. We will transition transition to all classes via zoom, and we will do our best to make up live classes upon reopening.
No refunds. Withdrawals, Credits on tuition will be provided for the remainder of the first month during which the gym is forced to close.
2. Should a continuous shut down extend into a second month the gym will process tuition with a 35% reduction and continue online training weekly for all class students and team student.
We Thank you in advance for continuing to support Tumblekids in this very challenging time.
3. Should the shut-down extend into additional months (3+ months) no tuition will be automatically collected but we will offer continued online training on a fee basis of $45.00 a month for online zoom class. We will then charge pro-rated tuition starting the week we commence live practice again in the gym then resume monthly tuition.
Tumblekids Recreational class and Team gymnasts are responsible for Monthly tuition Sept 2020-May 31, 2021. Early withdrawal of the team program will result in a $199.00 early team withdrawal charge.
Tuition will be charged on the 25th of the month! Any payments that sounds not process through on this date will be issued a $15.00 late fee charge.
Please be sure your billing is up to date.
Withdrawal Policy
All withdrawal requests must be submitted via email to Tumblekidswatertown@gmail.com by the 15th of the current month for the upcoming month. If you DO choose to rejoin during the school year Sept 2020-June 2021 you will be responsible for an additional $10.00 re-entry to program fee.
NO Exceptions to this Rule
For Summer Classes, Summer Team Program and Fun Day Programs Refunds or Credits will not be given after June 15, 2021!
Prorated Tuition/Trial Class/Monthly charge
If you register for a class after the start of a session your tuition will be adjusted so that you are only paying for the remaining classes. Due to the Pandemic NO Trial Classes at this time.

Monthly tuition charged on the 25th of each month!
All withdrawals from program Must be done via email no later than the 20th of the month or monthly tuition will be charged!

During the Pandemic we will be charging an additional $2.00 service charge for cleaning supplies to all active team members and class students
Please note Miss DeeDee, Miss Kelsey and Miss Jill's class will be charged an additional $8.00 as these are the Master Coaches in our facility
What to Wear
All students must have bare feet.
Girls are required to wear a leotard for Tumblekids Classes and Above (Tumble Bugs and Tumble Bears can wear whats comfortable
Hair securely tied back in a pony tail or a head band this is a must for the safety of the athlete while doing gymnastics.
Tights without feet may be worn.
Boys should wear gym shorts or sweatpants and a T-shirt.
No jeans or jewelry.
Please be sure your child has a water bottle for class!
Parent/Child Classes
We require one adult per child for all Tumble Bugs and Tumble Tots classes. Please be extra mindful of this rule.
Adult must not be on their cell phone during class or have a beverage in the gym
Adult must have socks on their feet and a mask covering nose, and mouth

Our class/team tuition won't be adjusted due to our gym closures.
We are closed for all classes December school vacation, February school vacation and April school vacation!

COVID-19 policy
COVID-19 Policy Agreement and Waiver Tumblekids LLC
I want to do my part to help Tumblekids Watertown Gymnastics facility keep all students, coaches, and families safe during the Covid-19 pandemic. I have read, understood, and agree to follow the following policies and procedures.
I understand and agree that:
* I should have my child(ren) use the restroom and wash their hands at home, before arriving at Tumblekids Watertown Gymnastics facility.
* I will drop my child(ren) off and pick them up at the designated door to the gym. Drop off and pick up during this time is crucial and we Thank you for the support and cooperation.
Our lobby area must remain as empty as possible to accommodate the athletes/Children. Lobby area is Closed further Notice!
* My contact information must be up to date, and that I remain reachable while my child is attending practice/classes.
* Children should social distance outside and wait to be called in each child should stand by a Prop outside.
* Tumblekids Watertown requires hand sanitizing for everyone who enters the building, and Temperature Check/
* My child(ren) cannot leave any personal belongings in the lobby, including shoes, non-gymnastics clothes, and jackets. I will limit the number of items brought in to the gym. If you drop off your child, they must carry their belongings with them in a personal bag.
* Practice start and end times have been adjusted and staggered to ensure a safe entrance and exit from the gym and to allow for cleaning between each class period.
Children must be on time for both arrival/departure. Due to social distancing guidelines and all the restrictions if a child is more than 5 minutes late for class they will need to schedule a make up via email.
Try to be Early to help with transitions for the children to feel safe, and comfortable with the new normal.
We would prefer for the staff the get the children ready to depart and walk them outside and do a curbside pick up
* My child(ren) will have frequent opportunities to sanitize their hands while inside the facility.
* I will keep my child(ren) home if they or anyone in my family is coughing, has a temperature over 99, or other Covid-19 symptoms.
* I will have my child(ren) wash hands and feet thoroughly upon arriving back home. Clean their bag upon arriving home, and again before bringing it back to the gym.
* I understand that all Tumblekids Watertown staff members will make a strong effort to socially distance, but that due to the nature of the sport, there will be times that contact or less than prescribed physical distancing will occur.
* Spotting is sometimes necessary for safety and to prevent injury. Children will only be spotted only as needed.
* I am allowing my child to participate at Tumblekids Watertown Gymnastics, knowing that it is impossible to keep them, myself, or any other individual inside the gym completely safe from COVID-19 exposure.
* These procedures will evolve and change over time, and that I will follow any new standards required by the state and local government and Tumblekids Watertown.
COVID 19- WAIVER/ CONSENT FORM FOR TUMBLEKIDS LLC
I, hereby on this date I am choosing to continue my training at Tumblekids LLC. I hereby enter into this waiver for myself, my heirs, executors, assigns, and personal representatives. I do so knowingly and voluntarily. I hereby waive any and all rights, claims, or causes of action arising from any contraction or infection of the COVID-19 virus as a result of my continued training at Tumblekids , LLC, along with its owners, members, agents, and representatives. I understand there are risk and I assume all known dangers and risk associated with my continued training at Pride Tumblekids LLC. I fully confirm that I have not tested positive for COVID-19 nor do I have any symptoms currently related to COVID-19. I am also truthfully stating that I have not traveled outside the United States in the last 4 weeks, nor have had any contact with anyone who may have any symptoms concurrent with COVID-19, including but not limited to fever, cough, nausea, diarrhea, vomiting, shortness of breath, etc.. If you have traveled outside the country you must self quarantine for 14 days!!
All athletes will have a gym bag and all belongings must be stored in the bag.
All athletes must have a labeled water bottle.
All athletes will sanitize hands entering and exiting the gym.
All athletes will adhere to a temperature check, any athlete that shows symptoms and or a fever of 99 will be sent home.
All athletes will keep social distancing and safety as a priority.
All athletes Do not need to wear a mask in the gym.
Staff will wear a mask in the gym while moving from station to station. While STAFF are actively "coaching" for the safety of the students hearing to corrections and directions we will practice social distancing guidelines but we will not be wearing a mask during this time.
All coaches, students and parents must wear a mask entering and exiting the building and in lobby area.
Staff will assist all children in lobby area and leaving the building/arriving safely to the parent /guardian.
We will be tracking all students and adults that are in the facility daily.
Parents should try their best to do pick up/drop off for class and team. We will have a coach outside monitoring drop off and pick up. Our number one rule is children must remain in cars until you see a staff person, Safety is very important.
If you arrive at Tumblekids early our staff will be available to check in students 10 min prior to class start time wait at an outside PROP to be called into facility.
All students and staff will sanitize hands before and after entering gym, after each event.
If you travel out of NEW ENGLAND New York, New Jersey quarentine for 14 days or Negative Covid Test 3 days After Travel is a MUST thank you for keeping everyone safe.
