Required Policies and Agreements
Registration Fee Policy
A non-refundable registration fee is required for all new student enrollments. The registration fee is $45 for the first family member, $30 for the second and $20 for the third with a family cap of $95.
Annual Fee Policy:
A non-refundable annual fee will be charged every September beginning one year after initial enrollment. The annual fee is $45 for the first family member, $30 for the second and $20 for the third with a family cap of $95.
Tuition & Payment Policy
Tuition is due in full on the 1st day of each month regardless of the number of classes/lessons. No credit for absences, holidays or studio closing. Siblings will receive a 10% discount off tuition. The first student is regular price and all subsequent students will receive 10% off.
We require a credit or debit card (Visa, MasterCard or Discover) be kept on file with authorization for tuition payments between the 1st and 5th day of each month. Any failed transactions or balances carried past the 5th will be charged an additional $25 and enrollment will be suspended until payment has cleared. This authorization will be in effect until the end of the current season or until Stand Ministries receives written notice to withdraw.
Additional Fees Policy
Miscellaneous fees such as production and costume fees are due at various times throughout the year and will be charged to your card on file when due. Payments for these fees may also be made by check, however the check must be received prior to the due date in order to keep your card from being charged.
Students who drop any class or lesson prior to the end of the year must be given written notice to the Front Desk 30 DAYS PRIOR to the first day of the next month in order to stop the tuition billing process and keep your card from being charged. Failure to give written notice will result in tuition being charged to your account and automatic payment will be processed without refund. If any portion of the month is attended, a full months tuition is required.
Class Cancellation Policy
Stand Ministries reserves the right to cancel or combine classes if the class enrollment drops below 5 students.
Dress Code Policy
Wear comfy clothes and tennis shoes or dance shoes. Wear modest clothes without any offensive words or pictures.
Stand Ministries is a Jesus loving organization. Being a believer in Jesus isn't a requirement for enrollment; however, we will be talking about him a whole lot!
Behavior and Discipline
Stand Ministries provides a fun and energetic atmosphere. However, if a child is disruptive, the child will be taken aside and spoken with. If this continues, parents will be contacted. If the child continues to be disruption in the class, he or she will be asked to leave the class.
