GENERAL REGISTRATION INFO

1) In general, there needs to be a minimum of 7 students enrolled for an EAS class to continue (with the exception of private & semi-private lessons). If the class does not meet the minimum student requirement the class may be cancelled. Notification of class cancellations will be sent to students only if they have pre-registered. If a student pre-registers for a class that has been cancelled due to low enrollment, they will have a choice of choosing another class or receiving a full refund for the cancelled class.
2) Some classes require an additional $150.00 annual lab/supply fee which covers the use of specialized school equipment, use of lab/studio outside of class hours, and general classroom supplies. This fee does NOT include student's personal class supplies.

4) Shows: At the conclusion of the year all students will participate in a stage presentation allowing them to demonstrate what they have learned during the season. Rehearsal dates and times will be determined closer to the performance, and will be posted on Facebook and our website. Performances will happen within the first two weeks of June.
PAYMENTS
Our tuition rates are calculated on annual enrollment (10 months)
Option #1
Our Paid in Full option requires the full annual tuition be paid at the time of registration. Also required: registration and production fees; lab fees when applicable; plus a $10 costume deposit per class when applicable. This option offers a 15% discount off tuition.
Option #2
Our Two Installment plan requires 1/2 of the annual tuition be paid at time of registration. Also required: registration and production fees; lab fees when applicable; plus a $10 costume deposit per class when applicable. This option offers a 10% discount off tuition.
Option #3
Our Monthly payment option requires the annual tuition be paid monthly over 10 months. There is an additional bookkeeping charge of $20 per family per semester associated with this option. This plan requires an auto-payment agreement be in place, or a credit card on-file, or post-dated checks given to the administrative office.
Note: When registering for 3 or more classes in any one tier, there is a tuition discount already factored into the annual tuition amount.
Payments are due by the 5th of each month. If payment is not received by the 15th of the month, a late fee of $15 will be added to your payment. Accounts more than 30 days past due will result in your student being removed from class(es) until account is brought current. If a student is removed from class due to non-payment, the student is still responsible to bring account current. There is no discount for missed classes. Also, please keep in mind, when a student is removed from a class for an extended amount of time, it may impact their opportunity to perform.
Returned check fee: Returned checks will result in a $25 fee added to your payment and the payment will need to be paid by credit card, cashier's check or cash.
REGISTRATION FEE
$35 - this registration fee covers student administration and provides the student with an EAS T-shirt. This is an annual fee. Our school year begin in August.

COSTUME AND PRODUCTION FEE
Costume Fees will be charged for EACH performing class that a student is registered. Costume Fees range from $50-$95. These costumes will be yours to keep!
Each student will be charged a $50 production fee. This fee will include a commemorative show t-shirt and 2 tickets to our end of season show. These tickets are valued at $10 each.

REFUND POLICY
Classes dropped prior to the start date will receive a full refund, less registration fee. Classes dropped prior to the end of the 4th week, will receive a 50% refund, less registration fee. There is no refund for classes dropped after the fourth week.
PRIVATE LESSON CANCELLATION POLICY
All private lesson cancellations need to be made with the instructor 24 hours prior to the scheduled lesson. You wil be financially responsible for lessons that are cancelled with less than 24 hours notice.
I have read, understood and will comply with all guidelines, procedures, and policies put forth by Experience Arts School. In consideration of your accepting me, or my child, for participation at Experience Arts School, I hereby for myself, my heirs, executors, and administrators, waive and release any and all rights and claims for damages that I may have against the aforementioned organization and its agents, employees, representatives, successors and assigns for any and all injuries suffered by myself or my child that arise out of the aforementioned program, activity, sport, dance sponsored by the aforementioned organization. I warrant that I have the right to authorize the foregoing and do hereby agree to hold the aforementioned organization harmless of and from any and all liability of whatever nature which may arise out of or result from such participation. For the consideration stated above, I further agree that in the event that my child or I should make any claim against the aforementioned organization for damages arising out of the aforementioned program, activity, sport or dance, I will personally indemnify, defend, and hold harmless the organization and its agents, employees, and representatives, successors, and assigns against any and all loss and damage occasioned thereby, including attorney's fees. I have read and understand this Agreement and have willingly placed my signature below as evidence of my acceptance of all conditions contained herein.
Subject(s), hereby grants to Experience Arts School Ministries the exclusive rights to use the video/photo(s) taken/supplied with Subject's image(s) for the inclusion in any work produced by Experience Arts School Ministries. Subject acknowledges that the depiction of him/her in the video/photo(s) may be duplicated, altered, and distributed in any and all manner and media throughout the world in perpetuity. Subject(s) herby releases and discharges Experience Arts School Ministries, its employees, agents, licensees, successors, and assigns from any and all claim, demands or causes of actions that it may have or may have from now on and for libel, defamation, invasion of privacy or the right of publicity, infringement of copyright or trademark, of violation of any other right arising out of or relating to a utilization of the rights granted under this agreement. Subject(s) agrees that Experience Arts School Ministries shall have the unlimited right to vary, change, alter, modify, add to and/or delete from his/her depiction in the video/photo(s) and to rearrange and/or transpose his depiction, and to use a portion or portions of his/her depiction of character together with any other literary, dramatic, or other material of any kind. All rights, licenses and privileges herein granted to Experience Arts School Ministries are irrevocable and not subject to rescission, restraint or injunction under any circumstances. Nothing herein shall be construed to obligate Experience Arts School Ministries to produce, distribute or use any of the rights granted herein. This agreement shall be construed according to the laws of the State of Arizona applicable to agreements which are executed and fully performed within said State. This agreement contains the entire understanding of the parties relating to the subject matter, and this agreement cannot be changed except by written agreement executed by the party to be bound.
