We base placement off of ability and age. Ages are listed as a guide, however, if your student is older but has never danced before they should be in a level 1 class. Likewise, if your student is younger but is advanced in a certain genre, we are not going to hold them back in a level 1 just because of their age. If you are unsure about which class to enroll in, we suggest coming in person for a free trial class and letting the teacher advise you which class will be best for your student.
