Welcome to Tumbleweeds Gymnastics! Please complete the following registration form. The first installment which is 1/4 of your total balance is due upon registration to confirm your class enrollment. Payment must be made to hold space. All payments are due in full or by using our installment plan. Please take notice when payments are due as bills will not be sent out. Jan 8-13 (25% of balance) Jan 22-27 (50% of balance) Feb 12-17 (75% of balance) March 4-9 ( Final payment)
