All fees associated with being on the Steps team must be paid in a timely manner. Fees are split into 3 types; tuition, masterclasses/workshops/outside choreography, and your competition monthly payment.
Tuition: Monthly tuition is due on the 1st of each month, and considered late on the 10th. Tuition can be paid with a check, cash, a credit card through your customer portal, or by auto-draft (there is a form that will need to be signed if you wish for tuition to be drafted every month). A $10.00 late fee will be charged on all past due accounts.
Master Classes/Workshops/Outside Choreography: Master Classes / Workshop fees should be paid prior to entering class. All dancers will need a wristband for class. Wristbands will not be given to any student who does not make payment. Fees can be paid with cash, check, or credit card (+ 3% processing fee for CC payments).
If your dancer can't attend a required workshop you will still be responsible for the full fee.
Outside Choreography fees are due on the day choreography begins.
Please note, if you wish to pay with a credit card there is a 3% processing fee added to class/choreography fees.
Competition monthly fee: This fee is automatically drafted each month
Dancers will receive a breakdown of specific competition fees. This fee includes: competition/convention fees, costumes, in-house choreography, winter show, revue fees, etc added up and divided into 8 equal payments. These payments are posted to accounts on the 15th of the month (September-April), and drafted on the same day. Accounts will be reconciled twice (once in December, and once before final payment is drafted).
Please note: fees not paid in full will result in the dancer sitting out of the event, master class etc. If this becomes a recurring issue, dancers will not be able to continue as part of the Steps team. Accounts must have a ZERO balance to audition for 2020-2021 Teams.
