Commitment/responsibilities
I understand the commitment and responsibilities of enrolling my child in classes at the above dance studio. I am aware that partaking in these classes my child may get injured due to the strenuous activity the classes require. I do not hold them liable for any doctors bills or emergency bills that I have received due to such injuries. This also includes online classes offered through Zoom.
Financial obligations
I agree to fulfill my financial obligations to Kidz Gym for the current dance season. If not, I am aware that I will be charged late fees for any outstanding months. Unless the following extenuating circumstance occur; my child is unable to attend classes do to a severe injury, in which a Doctors letter will be presented. All fees paid are non refundable and non tranferable, and there will be a $35 drop fee or studio exit fee.
Right to changes of classes/Release form
Kidz Gym has the right to change your class level chosen if they feel the class is not at the appropriate age or level for your child. You will be notified by email of these changes prior to Kidz Gym making these changes. I agree to allow Kidz Gym to make the best choice for my child, based on my child's abilities.
I give permission for Kidz Gym & Dance to use any photos for all publicity deemed necessary, under the New Jersey State Laws, including their Website.
Payment terms
We accept Visa or Master Card. Your card will be saved for future payments. Tuition is due by the 26th of the month, our system will automatically charge your tuition on the card you saved on your parent portal. You may change that card at any given time, but must be done PRIOR to the 1st of the month.
Natural disaster/Pandemic waiver
In the event the studio is forced to close due to a natural disaster, fire, theft or property destruction, pandemic, extreme viral outbreak, government order or an"Act of God", tuition and fees paid to date of closure are nonrefundable. The studio reserves the right to stop all in-person classes at the physical location and resume service virtually. Families will receive communication to access virtual/on-line classes. Classes maybe combined by age and/or level at the determination of the Studio Director. Tuition will continue to be charged at the full amount if the studio requires moving to virtual classes only or a hybrid of virtual and in-person classes. Exceptions will be determined on a case by case basis.
In the event the studio is unable to host a recital at a theater/auditorium due to unforeseen circumstances such as a pandemic or natural disaster, the studio will make every effort to offer, but not limited to, 1) alternative recital date within the same calendar year, if possible, 2) offer a virtual recital, 3) offer an in-house recital. The Studio Director will determine the best format based on the circumstances as well as the safety if staff, families and the community. Recital fees are nonrefundable as long as the studio offers a recital or end of season performance opportunity.
