I understand that dance is a highly physical activity in which my child may become injured. I understand that Dance Expressions by Debra does not carry medical insurance and that I am solely responsible in the unlikely event that medical attention is required. I understand that Dance Expressions by Debra and its instructors or any representative of the studio is not responsible for any injury that may occur while on the studio's premises during normal class, performance, or rehearsal activity or to or from the studio or performance area. Termination Guidelines
You may terminate enrollment by contacting the studio in writing, in person, or by phone.
Please note that if you drop mid-month, you will not receive a refund as we do not pro-rate.
Tuition and Fees
Tuition for the 2019-2020 dance season will be paid in 9 equal monthly installments due on the 1st of every month September-May. Some months have 3 weeks, some have 5 weeks but the tuition payments will be the same every month.
If a month of classes is missed, you are still responsible for paying that month's installment, unless you have withdrawn from classes.
If the tuition is not received by the 5th of each month, a $25 late fee will be added to your account.
We do not send out bills or statements unless your account is past due.
If tuition is not received by the 5th of the month, the student will not be allowed to participate in class until tuition and late fees are paid.
If tuition is not paid in full before the dress rehearsal, the student will not be allowed to perform in recital.
Accepted methods of payment include cash, check, money order, cash app, venmo, or paypal. Make checks payable to Dance Expressions by Debra.
Recital
Although the end of year recital is not mandatory, we do strongly encourage students to participate. Please inform the studio if your child will not be participating. Registration deadline to perform in recital is November 19th.
Release of Liability
Dance Expressions by Debra does not carry medical insurance for its students. It is understood that the families' own insurance policy is your only source of reimbursement if injury occurs.
As a condition of acceptance in dance classes, I hereby agree to hold Dance Expressions by Debra harmless and forever indemnify it, and its owner, and its agents from any and all liability arising from injuries which my child should sustain while on the premises occupied by the school.
