Welcome to Rising Stars Dance Academy! Please complete the following registration form. If a class is selected your account will be charged the $25 annual registration fee and tuition within 12 hours after submitting. If your child is starting mid-month tuition will be prorated based on starting the next available class. If your child needs an intermediate or advanced class, please submit the form but don't select a class (we have to place those on our end)
